Communications Terms & Conditions

Brisk Architectural Inc. Effective date: October 2026 These Communications Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how Brisk Architectural Inc. (“Brisk Architectural,” “Brisk,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) communicates with customers, clients, vendors, employees, and other contacts by text message (SMS/MMS), phone call, and email. By opting in to or using any of these channels with Brisk Architectural, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information involved, and it is part of these Terms.

1. Brisk Architectural Phone Numbers

Brisk Architectural uses several phone numbers to communicate. One of them is +1 941-401-4015, which we use for text messaging and calls. Our main office line is (877) 816-2887. These Terms apply to messages and calls from any Brisk Architectural number.

2. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Program

Program description

Brisk Architectural Messaging is Brisk Architectural’s text messaging program for communicating with customers, clients, vendors, and employees. Messages may include project updates, scheduling and appointment messages, customer support and replies to your questions, service and account notices, and, for employees, HR and other internal notices. Some replies may come from an automated or AI assistant that acts for Brisk Architectural.

How you opt in

You may receive text messages from Brisk Architectural only after you opt in, which you can do in any of these ways:

• By texting us first: You send a text message to a Brisk Architectural number, such as +1 941-401-4015. We reply only to the conversation you started, and only about related topics.
• Texting START to +1 941-401-4015.
• By website form: You enter your mobile number on a briskarch.com form and check the box (not pre-checked) agreeing to receive text messages from Brisk Architectural.
• In person or verbally: You give your mobile number to a Brisk Architectural team member and say that you agree to receive text messages, for example when you request a quote or schedule work. We record your consent and the date.
• Through onboarding: Employees and vendors are given the Brisk Architectural number during onboarding and may choose to text it, or to provide their mobile number with consent to receive texts.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services, or of employment with Brisk Architectural. After you opt in, we may send a confirmation message such as:

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on your conversations with us and the status of your project, account, or employment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Brisk Architectural does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to cancel. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or tell us any other reasonable way that you want messages to stop. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out:

Brisk Architectural Messaging: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

After that, you will receive no further text messages from that program unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START, UNSTOP, or YES.

How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP for help. You will receive this reply:

Supported carriers and carrier liability

Our program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carrier availability may change, and not all handsets or plans are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Brisk Architectural is also not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered because of carrier or network issues.

Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to take part in Brisk Architectural Messaging. You must be the account holder of the mobile number you enroll, or have the account holder’s permission. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or tell us, so that we do not text the new owner of that number.

Privacy

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security, bank account, or medical information, by text message.

3. Phone Calls

Automated, prerecorded, and AI voice calls and texts (TCPA consent)

By giving Brisk Architectural your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and text messages from or for Brisk Architectural at that number about the purposes in Section 2, including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or an AI-generated voice. Where the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or other law requires prior express written consent, we will obtain it before we make those calls or send those texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment. You may withdraw consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP, telling us during a call, or contacting us using the details in Section 7. We will honor your request promptly and within the time the law requires.

AI and automated assistants

Some calls and messages may be placed, answered, or handled by an automated or AI assistant acting for Brisk Architectural. We will identify these calls as automated. You may ask to speak with a person, or ask for follow-up from a Brisk Architectural team member.

Call recording notice

Calls with Brisk Architectural may be recorded, transcribed, and/or summarized for quality, training, and record-keeping. We will tell you at the start of a call when it is being recorded. Where the law requires the consent of all parties, we will ask for your consent, and you may decline or end the call. Recordings are handled under our Privacy Policy.

Do-not-call requests

If you ask us not to call you, we will add your number to our internal do-not-call list and honor your request within the time the law requires.

4. Email

• Sender identification: Our emails identify Brisk Architectural Inc. as the sender, use accurate “From,” “Reply-To,” and routing information, and have subject lines that are not misleading.
• Postal address: Our commercial emails include our physical mailing address: 720 Dowd Ave, Elizabeth, NJ 07201.
• Unsubscribe: Any commercial or promotional email we send includes a clear unsubscribe link or instructions. You can also unsubscribe by emailing wpajor@briskarch.com.
• Honoring opt-outs: We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We do not charge a fee to unsubscribe, and we do not sell or transfer the email addresses of people who unsubscribe.
• Transactional and relationship email: Even after you unsubscribe from promotional email, we may still send emails about an existing project, account, transaction, or service, or about your employment.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate contact information, to update us if it changes, and to use our communication channels only for lawful purposes connected with your relationship with Brisk Architectural. Our messages and automated replies are for general information. They do not change any written contract, employment policy, or project agreement.

6. Changes and General Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the current version on this page with its effective date. If you keep receiving communications after a change, you accept the updated Terms. You can opt out at any time as described above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
